Response groups collect incoming calls to a common emergency number. Employees log in and out in groups via the app and can share responsibility. You get traceability, overview and robust availability around the clock.
KrisChatt combines secure text chat with immediate group calls via the mobile network. Crisis management and key personnel have a common area for situational awareness, decisions and follow-up – even if the data network is down.
Response group SMS means that operational and alarm SMS end up in a common view instead of in individual mobile phones. The group can respond, distribute and close cases with full traceability.
