Being able to give your business a personal voice is one of the great benefits of MiniVoice. Since they say that the first impression is the most important, it is incredibly important that the person who calls you is welcomed in the right way. One of the people behind our voices is Åsa.
Åsa, has been working full time with her voice since 9 years ago, where MiniVoice was one of her first employers. Since then their relationship has grown considerably, where she is now one of their most hired voices, in addition to MiniVoice you can recognise Åsa’s voice during radio commercials or commercial breaks on TV4.
– I started my career with my voice by sending out recordings to different companies and production companies, to see if there was a market for me. Since I’ve always been active with my voice, through music, it felt like a natural step to try when I wanted to change industries, says Åsa.
With a background in music, where Åsa has won the world championship gold twice in Barbershop, her voice has always been a tool she has mastered. Her experience from music is also something that is reflected in the assignments she takes on today.
– During the time we sang barbershop, we could adapt our voices and take on different roles. This is something I have brought with me, especially to MiniVoice where I adapt my voice to the type of company I am working with. Sometimes a softer voice is needed and sometimes a harsher tone, depending on the target group, says Åsa.
Over the years, Åsa has worked and recorded messages for many different customer groups, when she has had assignments with the Swedish Church and the Coop chain, there has been a focus on having a calm and clear voice, as they are aimed at a very broad target group.
– I have a great collaboration with the MiniVoice team for many years with new and recurring customer assignments. I think the flexibility of the MiniVoice service is a great advantage and that all customers can meet their customers in a way that suits them best, Åsa concludes.
