HOLM Security offers automated and continuous vulnerability analyses on networks and web applications in both public and local IT environments. Jens Dahlkvist, salesman at HOLM Security specializing in the Norwegian market, is one of the users of the MiniVoice solution.

– We use MiniVoice to be able to use Norwegian phone numbers even though we are located in Sweden. The solution is designed to make it easier for us to work remotely on the Norwegian market and thereby facilitate contact with our customers there, both new and existing customers, says Jens.

The solution works by having the MiniVoice app’s switchboard call the recipient from a Norwegian number, registered in Norway, instead of showing the phone’s Swedish number. All administration of the number is handled easily and smoothly directly in the app.

– The solution works well, it is smooth and easy to call Norwegian customers. it was a good solution for operating locally even though we are stationed in Sweden.

Incoming calls can also be made to the Norwegian phone number, and it automatically connects to the Swedish number. This way, the customer does not have to experience any confusion regarding the fact that there are many phone numbers to reach the same person.

– I call some of our customers via my Swedish number and some via the Norwegian number instead, depending on the relationship we have. This offers me flexibility in my calls. I would recommend this solution to other companies that have a similar setup, where you are based in one country but want to work locally with another, Jens concludes.
