RESPONSE TEAM SERVICE BECAME THE SOLUTION FOR MAXIMUM AVAILABILITY

The Norwegian organization needed a more flexible solution that ensured their on-call service was available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The expected number of calls is low but the demand for availability is high. When problems arise, their “duty officer” needs to be contactable – and the answer was the MiniVoice Premium answering service.

The Norwegian organization is part of a large group that is a world leader in service trading companies. In the event of a threat or damage to people, property, or the environment, the organization needs to be able to act quickly. Therefore, they always have a Duty officer on call who must be available.

Before introducing MiniVoice, the organization used a solution from one of the largest telecom operators in the Nordic region. But the solution was neither flexible nor reliable enough. With the previous solution, the organization’s Duty officer had to have a separate on-call mobile in addition to his own mobile.

Today, they have switched to the MiniVoice Premium answering service. A service that always guarantees 99.9% availability. Instead of needing a separate on-call mobile phone, they can now use their own mobile phone, regardless of which operator they have or which country they are in. The organization has a well-established Norwegian number that the organization knows and that number is now connected to MiniVoice. In other words, they get maximum availability with minimum hassle.

With MiniVoice Premium, the team leader receives a notification via email or text message, and can quickly take action when no one is logged in to the phone-group. This provides an increased level of security that can be crucial for the organization and incidents in combination with a mobile way of working In the MiniVoice app, which is also available in English, colleagues in the organization can easily log in and out, and see who else is logged in. To constantly monitor and quality assure their work, the organization is provided with relevant statistics and call logs from the MiniVoice administration portal.

The MiniVoice Premium response group service was a smooth solution for the organization and could meet their requirements for the highest possible availability in combination with a mobile working method regardless of the country in which the employee is stationed.
